Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role based in Canonsburg, PA. This position is production-based , focused on the review of pre-negotiated real estate agreements for accuracy and compliance. You will not be responsible for negotiation or legal advisement, and a JD is not required .

The successful candidate will ensure that approximately 12 agreements per day are reviewed with precision, maintaining high standards for quality and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and Analyze Contracts:
  • Examine pre-negotiated real estate contracts to ensure all terms and conditions are accurate, complete, and legally sufficient.
  • Quality Assurance & Risk Management:
  • Verify documentation aligns with internal standards and external requirements to minimize risks and maintain compliance.
  • Document Management:
  • Ensure all supporting documentation and deliverables are consistent, accurate, and properly filed.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
  • Work closely with internal teams (legal, sales, operations) and external partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure contract accuracy.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Analyze contract trends and quality exceptions to support continuous improvement initiatives, training, and system/process enhancements.
  • Project Management:
  • Take ownership of special projects related to contract quality, auditing, and reporting.
  • Reporting:
  • Provide data-driven insights into contract issues, performance metrics, and risk areas through detailed reporting and tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, contract review, or documentation management.
  • Experience reviewing real estate contracts is strongly preferred .
  • Experience in audit, quality control, or project coordination is a plus.
  • Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Legal Studies, or related field).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Comfortable working in document management systems or databases.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
