***What You Will Do***
**Consultative Sales:**
* Call on pre-established grocery and drug chain accounts, like Safeway, Target, and CVS
* Be the master of your own schedule, prioritizing time spent visiting accounts in order to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
* Build and enhance relationships with decision-makers through consistency, reliability, and leveraging fact based data, with the goal of gaining incremental sales
* Create customized sales presentations to inform and persuade decision-makers on the benefits of doing business with Gallo
**Creative Merchandising:**
* On a monthly basis identify opportunities and locations to cross-merchandise in your accounts, outside of the liquor department, displaying Gallo products in an impactful way
* Creatively merchandise Gallo products to stimulate impulse purchases using eye-catching display pieces (wine barrels, etc.)
***What You Need***
* 21 years of age or older
* High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
* Bachelors Degree, or 4 years of sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or Senior class standing at a college or university working and working towards a Bachelors Degree.
* Required to lift and move 45-57 pound cases of product.
* Required to be physically capable of executing all essential functions to perform the job.
* Required to have a car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned area and transport large point of sale materials.
* Valid drivers license and a safe driving record. Required to obtain a California drivers license or appropriate state drivers license within 30 days of hire.
* Required to live with-in or in close proximity of assigned territory.

* Associates or Bachelors degree
* Experience working in a retail sales environment
* Prior leadership roles or team involvement
* Good communication, problem solving, and time management skills
