Tycoon Apprentice

The Tycoon Apprentice is a 2-year position in which the candidate will assist and support all parts of the organization as well as carrying out essential tasks. We are looking for focused, proactive candidates who want to learn and can hit the ground running in all areas. The role involves working with our arcade, sales, admin, operations, design, tech, and warehouse teams and is an opportunity to learn about the basics in these areas.

Duties:

• Assist any and all internal teams in any assigned task for that function. These will be assigned on a daily basis alongside recurring basic office tasks.
• Attendant duties: cleaning, organizing, tidying, and keeping everything orderly and safe.
• Store duties: stocking, receiving, selling, redeeming points for prizes, and more.
• Kitchen duties: serving, preparing food, cleaning including dishes, organizing stock.
• Tech duties: receiving, setting up, maintaining, taking down, moving, and delivering machines.
• Warehouse duties: receiving, picking, packing, counting, and organizing inventory and equipment
• Office duties: data entry, organizing files, setting up for meetings, layout, 
• A wide variety of other duties as assigned

Compensation:

As an hourly, non-exempt employee, you are eligible for overtime. Your manager must pre-approve overtime before proceeding. All employees must use the company time clock to record hours worked. All amounts include benefit compensation dollars that you can allocate based on your preferences. Details of benefit options are available on A compensation review will be held at your annual review each year.

• 5 Days, 40 Hours
• Work Location: 154 Harvey Rd. Londonderry, NH
• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday: 11 AM - 8 PM
• Unified Break: 1 Hour from 4-5 PM
• Hourly Pay (including Benefits): $20 Per Hour
• Paid Time Off: 249.6 Hours Per Year
• Total PTO Pay: $4,992 Per Year
• Total Weekly Pay: $800 Per Week

• 4 Days, 40 Hours
• Work Location: 154 Harvey Rd. Londonderry, NH
• Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday: 9 AM - 8 PM
• Unified Break: 1 Hour from 4-5 PM
• Hourly Pay (including Benefits): $20 Per Hour
• Paid Time Off: 249.6 Hours Per Year
• Total PTO Pay: $4,992 Per Year
• Total Weekly Pay: $800 Per Week

• 4 Days, 32 Hours
• Work Location: 154 Harvey Rd. Londonderry, NH
• Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday: 11 AM - 8 PM
• Unified Break: 1 Hour from 4-5 PM
• Hourly Pay (including Benefits): $20 Per Hour
• Paid Time Off: 171.6 Hours Per Year
• Total PTO Pay: $3,432 Per Year
• Total Weekly Pay: $640 Per Week
