Job Listing: Traveling Junior Level Operator for Government Construction Work

Position: Traveling Junior Level Operator
Location: Various Government Construction Sites (Nationwide)
Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:
We are seeking hard working and dedicated Traveling Junior Level Operator to support government construction projects across the country. The ideal candidate is a rugged, hands-on professional with expertise in operating heavy equipment, general carpentry, and labor. This role requires adaptability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to building America’s infrastructure, one job at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently on government construction sites.
• Perform general carpentry tasks, including framing, formwork, and finishing.
• Execute labor-intensive duties such as digging, lifting, and material handling.
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in safe working condition.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and government construction protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment (skid steer, mini excavators, compacter, all terrain forklift).
• Strong knowledge of general carpentry techniques and tools.
• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions and environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work at different government project sites.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass government background checks and drug screenings.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

• Experience in pipe fitting, including installation and repair of plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in concrete work, such as pouring, finishing, and form setting.
• CDL Class A
