About the Role:
Were on the hunt for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll perform fullcycle recruitment for technical positions within the Intelligence community and government contracting industry. If youre passionate about developing relationships creating innovative recruiting solutions and working collaboratively to attract top talent we want to meet you!
Your Mission:
Collaborate with hiring managers: Understand the needs and roles to be filled and review job descriptions for vacancies.
Develop and revise job descriptions: Assist in creating and updating specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
Identify and implement recruiting methods: Determine the most effective strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates and draft recruitment advertisements for various media.
Source and connect with candidates: Use your skills to find assess and connect qualified candidates through various channels including internet phone social media and more.
Maintain candidate relationships: Keep candidates informed about their application status and provide advice on salary negotiations.
Represent the company at job fairs and conferences: Attend industry events run company booths and create a strong presence in the technical community.
What You Bring:
Bachelors degree: With six years of related fullcycle recruitment experience in the federal contracting industry or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
68 years of recruiting experience: Proven track record in recruiting technical positions for the Intelligence community and government contracting industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Thorough understanding of recruiting practices: Knowledge of recruiting methods best practices and relevant employment laws with the ability to deliver highquality candidates under tight timelines.
Highly organized: Skilled in planning time management and multitasking with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Additional Requirements:
Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Bonus Points For:
Presence in the technical/industry community: Experience in creating and maintaining a strong network in the technical field.
Experience with job fairs and industry conferences: Familiarity with attending and representing at job fairs and industry events.
Additional technical or HR certifications: Relevant certifications that complement your recruitment expertise.
