What We're Looking For:
We seek an experienced software engineer with a strong startup background who is passionate about developing innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have:

4+ years of overall experience, with at least 1-2 years of recent full-stack product development focused on user-centric, data-driven applications.
2+ years in a leadership role (while still being hands-on) or experience working closely with a team of engineers in a fast-growing organization with evolving products.
A proven ability to define technical requirements and system architecture, demonstrating clarity regarding feasibility, timelines, costs, and impacts.
Experience managing and configuring IT infrastructure in a cloud-based environment (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Proficiency in API development and integrations.
Strong skills in frontend and backend development are preferred.
An ability to conduct code reviews and review/approve system architecture and database structures.
Prior experience in a startup environment, particularly in fast-paced development settings, is preferred.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Founding Software Engineer, you will:

Lead the architecture, design, and development of internal tools that facilitate seamless, data-driven clinical operations.
Create clinician-facing and patient-facing tools that enhance the quality of clinical care, improve efficiency, and elevate user experience.
Develop our data stack by building scalable tools to track, analyze, and report on key metrics that drive clinical and operational decisions.
Manage API-based integrations to ensure seamless data interoperability and communication across platforms.

Tech Stack:
We utilize full-stack development within a cloud-based environment (primarily AWS) and focus on API development.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 160,000.00 220,000.00 Per Year
