Develop, update, maintain, and execute test plans, standards, procedures, test scripts, and use case scenarios for user acceptance.
Assist in planning, creating, and controlling test environments.
Anticipate, identify, and resolve testing process issues.
Record, verify, log, and document testing results.
Track issues, risks, and action items using Microsoft tracking tools.
Define and apply success, entry, and exit criteria for testing.
Work toward departmental and project deadlines.
Draft and present testing results and recommendations, including issues, risks, impacts, and contingency plans, to team leads or managers.
Participate in meetings with leads, managers, or vendors to communicate status, resolve issues, or implement action plans.
Maintain a requirements traceability matrix and assist in analyzing requirements, data mapping, and verifying data transfers and testing results against functional specifications.
At least 1 year of experience in application development testing.
At least 1 year of experience creating test scripts and use case scenarios for user acceptance.
At least 1 year of proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
College degree or equivalent technical study.
At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft ADO or a similar tool.
At least 1 year of experience testing in an Agile environment.
At least 1 year of experience performing business analysis as a primary or collateral duty.
At least 1 year of experience validating data mapping requirements.
At least 1 year of familiarity with data migration strategies.
