What You’ll Do:

• Recruit electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, cable technicians, and other skilled trades professionals for construction projects nationwide.
• Make outbound calls daily to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Build lasting relationships with job seekers to ensure strong job matches.
• Assist with applications and onboarding to keep the hiring process smooth.
• Work closely with payroll, compliance, and HR to support new hires.
• Attend team meetings to strategize and improve hiring efforts.

What You’ll Need:

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience (skilled trades, construction, or light industrial preferred).
• Strong communication skills – You’re comfortable talking to candidates all day.
• Tech-savvy – Familiar with MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when needed.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
