Job Description gTANGIBLE Corporation (gTC), , is an S corporation and a registered Government contractor that provides services and solutions in: Security Programs Professional, Administrative, and Management Support Mission and Warfighter Support We are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with a leadership team experienced in Government contracting. gTANGIBLE is seeking candidates for the following position: Requisition Type: Contingent (Open) Position Status: Full Time Position Title: Site Security Manager I Location: Clinton, UT Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI, SAP Information eligible, consent for Counterintelligence polygraph Duties and Responsibilities The AF SAP Security Support Services (SSS) assists the AF security authority in oversight of security objectives supporting AF SAP interests through active security operations, processes, and management. The Site Security Manager (SSM) is responsible for security aspects of project planning, design, construction, and ensuring regulatory compliance for facility accreditation. Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing security documentation such as CVR, CSP, FFC, SOPs, and TEMPEST documentation. Conducting security inspections during project execution to ensure compliance. Documenting violations and notifying the AO. Working with construction teams to ensure site security and compliance. Mitigating security and counterintelligence threats. Ensuring adherence to NISPOM, DCID, ICD, UFCs, and SAP policies. Overseeing security staff and procedures, recommending improvements. Notifying relevant personnel of security issues. Ensuring project compliance with ICD 705 Tech Spec, UFC 4-010-05, and customer requirements. Participating in planning meetings, providing security input. Maintaining documentation and photographs throughout the project lifecycle. Assessing SCIF and SAP facility spaces for threats and vulnerabilities. Briefing personnel on security topics. Proficient in technical writing and briefings. Providing accreditation documentation and reports. Knowledge and Qualifications Bachelor's degree + 1 year of related experience or 5 years of experience without a degree. Experience with SPeD certifications, with maximum of 3 years' equivalent experience. Experience in physical security, personnel management, or construction management. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to operate under supervision. Completion of safety training within 90 days. Obtain CDSE STEPP ICD 705 Security course within 30 days. Pass Site Security Manager Certification within 12 months. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and walk long distances. Desired: Industry Site Security Manager certification, Construction Surveillance Technician, Blueprint Reading certification. Equal Opportunity Employer.
