Roles & Responsibilities Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) aka ExactTarget is required. Experience working with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios, including Mobile Connect and Personalization Builder for Emails. Develop responsive email templates with extensive knowledge of AMPscript Front-end development building Cloud Pages utilizing HTML, CSS, SQL and AMPScript is very essential Understanding of Marketing Cloud’s contact data model Journey builder, custom queries, email templates, amp script-based dynamic templates, automation jobs, and build out comprehensive customer journeys. Certification in SFMC will be an added advantage. Hands on experience with Email Studio knowledge – A/B Testing, Segmentation, and Integration with microsites, websites and landing pages, personalization concepts, triggered emails, campaign waves. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
