Scrum Master

SUMMARY

Scrum Master is responsible for leading matrix managed teams through the initiation to implementation of projected related to data. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide project leadership of large, high-value application development, data integration and analytics projects to achiece key objectives Directing cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams Understanding business needs and leading people through the process of project/program definition and scoping Ensuring program/project governance process are properly established and followed Managing the financial impact / budget for program / projects Ensuring that risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated and that projects are delivered successfully Leading multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating across multiple project teams EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 6+ years of experience as Program/ Project Manager 3+ years of experience leading projects while using Agile SCRUM, Waterfall, Inerative development Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience COMPUTER SKILLS Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) Diversity creates a healthier atmosphere: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
