Sales Account Manager
Business Development / Client Relations | Greater Seattle Area | Contract-to-Hire

About the Opportunity

We’re a fast-moving, operations-first team serving property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients across the Greater Seattle area. The demand is strong, the pipeline is full, and now we're looking to bring on a client-facing sales pro who can take the reins on new business development and help convert our robust backlog of warm leads.

This isn’t your typical “cold-call-and-close” sales role. You’ll be stepping into a business with momentum — where the biggest constraint is time. We’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, keeping the pipeline warm, and making sure great opportunities don’t fall through the cracks.

What You’ll Do

As our first dedicated business development hire, you’ll play a pivotal role in how we grow. You’ll work directly with ownership (and our clients) to:

Expand the Top of the Funnel
Attend events, build community connections, and introduce our work to the right people (property managers, HOA boards, construction vendors, etc.).

Nurture Warm Leads & Opportunities
Keep communication moving, follow up on outstanding proposals, and prioritize projects that are closest to the finish line.

Own the CRM
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce so the team knows what’s hot, what’s stalled, and what needs attention.

Support Proposal Development
Partner with leadership to streamline the bid process. You don’t need to estimate costs, but you’ll help gather details, organize files, and move proposals forward.

Track and Improve Close Rates
Help us understand why we win (or lose) deals. Use data and feedback to sharpen our messaging and targeting.

Stay Connected to the Job Site

Lightly support the handoff between sales and operations. This might mean checking in with managers or crews, making sure notices are posted, and confirming that the work we promised is what’s being delivered. It’s not project management — it’s just about staying close enough to help the client feel taken care of.

Be a Trusted Face of the Brand
Represent the company with warmth, professionalism, and the kind of presence that builds confidence and long-term relationships.

What We’re Looking For

We’re not expecting a unicorn. But we are looking for someone with strong people skills, natural curiosity, and a bias toward action. The right person will likely check several of these boxes:

● Background in sales, account management, or business development (bonus if it’s in construction, property services, or real estate)

● Excellent communicator — you can build trust with anyone, from a contractor to a condo board president

● Comfortable attending networking events, walking job sites, checking in with field teams, or showing up at HOA meetings

● Skilled in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce, but can have say in a switch) and managing sales pipelines

● Highly organized and able to follow through with minimal supervision

● Based in the Greater Seattle area and available for local meetings or site visits

What You Can Expect

This is a contractor role to start — with flexible hours and room to grow.

Pay: Competitive base with tiered commission.

○ Higher commission for net-new relationships

○ Lower commission for inherited/warm leads

Structure: Contractor to start (20–25 hours/week), with potential to become a full-time hire

Support: Direct mentorship from the owners and full access to backend operational resources
