MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A RESTAURANT HOST - HOSTESS
This customer service position is part-time and works primarily weekend shifts on Friday night.
In this food service job, you are the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them in a warm and friendly manner and ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their dining experience. You go out of your way to ensure every guest is taken care of and continuously monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow. You maintain wait and quote times to ensure every guest is seated as quickly as possible.
In addition to your host responsibilities, you efficiently manage carry-out orders, ensuring they are accurately prepared and promptly handed to guests, maintaining a seamless experience for both dine-in and take-out customers alike. You take pride in the world-class customer service you provide!
