Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying key talent for our clients by providing recruiting support for our local and national clients. In this role, you will be given access to all the best tools & technology to have an innovative – streamlined, recruiting approach. You will be responsible for screening, interviewing, building talent pipelines, creating targeted candidate marketing strategies, and nurturing candidate relationships. Planning and executing successful recruiting tactics require plenty of collaboration, so we are looking for a team player who is ready to hit the ground running!

Essential Responsibilities:

• Identify key talent for contract, contract-to-hire positions with CSI ‘s clients, utilizing all tools & avenues to ensure complete coverage of key jobs.
• Partner with the sales team to learn about the client base serviced.
• Build talent pipelines, create targeted candidate marketing strategies, and nurture candidate relationships. This includes but is not limited to the use of?existing database candidates, personal network/pipeline, referrals, job boards?(LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, CareerBuilder, Indeed, ZipRecruiter), creating graphics and other advertisements, and targeted recruiting calls.
• Ensuring high closing ratios with high attention to detail, thorough candidate screening, and constant communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, as well as post-placement.
• Partner with the Sales Team by participating in client meetings and intake calls as needed to help secure and qualify new job requisitions.
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals.
• Developing new and effective recruitment/sourcing tactics.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1-3 Years of experience in staffing, preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience.
• Competitive and Goal-Driven.
• Technical proficiency in MS Outlook, and MS Office, including Word and Excel.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Bullhorn is a plus.
• Ability to be successful in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a complete focus on quality results/deliverables.
• Passionate about creating a great positive candidate experience.
• Strategic thinking, breakthrough thinking, and creative problem-solving skills, showing an ability to overcome obstacles.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
