Overview

We are seeking a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to manage front desk responsibilities, oversee our shipping and mailing processes, and assist with a variety of administrative tasks as needed. This is not a remote position - it is based at our Support Center in beautiful Boca Raton, FL.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and route phone calls appropriately.
• Accept, sign for, and distribute deliveries.
• Responsible for all mailroom processes.
• Sorting, opening, scanning and depositing of all receivables.
• Provide support to Executive Assistants as needed.
• Prepare and send FedEx shipments.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
• Scan and organize credentialing documents.
• Support the Finance Department with various tasks.
• Perform filing and document management tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Computer literate with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Self-starter capable of working independently while managing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Team player with the ability to work well both individually and collaboratively.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
