About the Role

As a QuickBooks Online Certified Bookkeeper, you will have the opportunity to work, arm-in-arm, with our clients and empower them to understand their financial statements, become profitable, grow their businesses and to fulfill their business legacies.

You’ll be responsible for meeting with small business owner clients regularly, reviewing their financial statements with them and helping them to strategize for how to increase their profits, plan for taxes, grow their cash flow and to help put them in positions to eventually exit their businesses.

What Your Day to Day Will Look Like

• Oversee, communicate & be responsible for a group of our clients to ensure that they are well-serviced from A-Z and that they are kept satisfied
• Prepare & complete year-end financial statements and present them to our clients
• Assist in onboarding new clients by helping to clean up messy books
• Review the day-to-day work performed by others to ensure that everything is on track
• Be accountable for the quality and timeliness of all tasks related to group of clients that are assigned to you
• Facilitate our virtual CFO services, such as budgeting, Value Builder reports and Profit First Assessments
• Assist with bookkeeping & tax related tasks

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• QuickBooks Pro Advisor Advanced Certification
• You have at least 3 years of accounting experience
• You have some experience working in an accounting firm
• You are a clear communicator
• You believe in delivering awesome customer service and you have experience in a customer-facing role
• You are able to take a messy set of books and turn it into something pretty.
• You have experience constructing financial statements
• You are able to and like working in a fast-paced environment
• You are exceptionally structured & organized
• You are a problem solver
• You have experience managing others
• You have corporate tax and personal tax experience
• You have experience creating budgets, cash-flow projections and consolidations
• A CPA accounting designation, is preferred

Our Recruitment Process
