Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
A bit about us: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Architectural Project Manager who has experience with retail and/or restaurant projects. You will be responsible for managing a variety of architectural projects, from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will involve working closely with our clients and the project team, coordinating resources, and overseeing the progress of projects at all stages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Architectural Project Management, Construction Documentation, Revit, AutoCAD, and Client Communication.

Job Details Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.
3. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
4. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
5. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
6. Report and escalate to management as needed.
7. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including construction documentation.
8. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
9. Use Revit and AutoCAD to design and plan projects.
10. Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and managing their expectations throughout the project.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with 3+ years of experience with retail or restaurant projects.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Architecture industry.
3. Proven experience in Architectural Project Management and Construction Documentation.
4. Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
5. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
8. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
