Job Description

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Product Owner to join their team! This position is located in Temple Terrace, Florida.

Duties:

  • Define and prioritize product backlog items (user stories, epics) based on strategic importance and customer value
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including development teams, designers, and business units, to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable specifications
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and decisions during the development lifecycle
  • Conduct end user feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos and retrospectives
  • Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on features to continuously improve user satisfaction and business outcomes
  • Ensure that the development team understands the vision, goals, and desired outcomes of the product
  • Communicate product updates, progress, demos and challenges to stakeholders regularly

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering software products from conception to launch
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum/SAFE environment
  • Familiarity with various product management tools
  • Experience in Salesforce is a significant plus

The approximate pay range for this position is between $42.00 and $61.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
