Job Title: Product Merchandising Manager

Top 5-7 Skills:

1. Women’s activewear merchandising or product creation (Client experience preferred)
2. Retail math & analytical proficiency (KPIs, profitability metrics)
3. Cross-functional collaboration (Design, Development, Planning, Marketing)
4. Line planning and assortment strategy for global markets
5. Problem-solving with limited information & proactive initiative
6. Advanced Excel/Keynote; familiarity with AV/MMX tools (preferred)
7. Strong communication & presentation skills

Requirements for the Role:

• Partner with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, and Marketing to execute the product creation process.
• Manage product workflows, data, and tools from line planning to final approval.
• Build consumer-centric assortments using marketplace insights and business analysis.
• Travel domestically/internationally (up to 10%).
• Meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years in apparel/activewear merchandising or product creation (Client experience a plus).
• Proven ability to drive consensus and make data-driven decisions.
