To include Standard Operating Procedure Development, Capital Planning and Project Planning / Implementation. Develop and implement Continuous Improvement Plans to promote process optimization and resolve reoccurring reliability concerns Lead the development and implementation of capital projects to optimize machine capabilities and reliability Assist Maintenance personnel in addressing reliability issues and developing preventative maintenance measures to support equipment reliability Oversee outside suppliers and contractors as necessary Lead training for engineers, maintenance and manufacturing for new equipment and processes Assist manufacturing efforts in all New Product / Process Development trials QUALIFICATIONS: BS in Mechanical, Chemical, or other engineering discipline 5 years’ experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment Organizational skills and a systematic approach to problem definition and solution development Excellent written and verbal communication skills Leadership abilities to be able to lead projects Strong self-motivation to be able to work independently Qualifications Skills Behaviors : Motivations : Education Experience Licenses & Certifications PI8e81bf985ff3-25448-34726218
