_What You'll Do: _
* Provide comprehensive medical assessments, treatments, and follow-ups, focusing on a personalized approach to adult and geriatric care.
* Partner with a diverse team of social workers, mental health counselors, and other specialists dedicated to holistic care.
* Lead efficient patient intake processes to ensure accurate care assessment and optimal service delivery.
* Participate in a manageable on-call rotation that respects your time and compensates for extra shifts.

_What You'll Bring:_
* Board-certified in Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related field (preferred).
* Knowledge of PACE or similar programs is a plus but not required.
* Strong clinical competency with a focus on geriatric and complex care.
* Cultural competence to effectively serve the Korean, Hispanic, and African American communities in the Los Angeles area.
* Ability to collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including mid-level providers.
