Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will assist experienced plumbers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems. This entry-level position is designed to provide hands-on training and experience in the plumbing trade while working toward becoming a licensed journeyman plumber.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with Installations: Help in installing pipes, fixtures, and fittings according to blueprints and codes. This includes water, gas, and drainage systems.
Perform Repairs: Aid in diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and broken fixtures.
Maintain Tools and Equipment: Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order and properly maintained.
Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, address their concerns, and provide updates on work progress.
Documentation: Assist in documenting work performed, including keeping track of materials used and time spent on tasks.

Qualifications:

Skills: Basic knowledge of plumbing systems and tools is beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Working Conditions:

Environment: Work is typically performed in residential settings. May require working in various weather conditions.
Schedule: May involve working evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts depending on job
