Position Summary:

The University of Toledo Physicians MDVIP Group is seeking a full-time provider to join their clinic at Regency. Candidates must be board certified in Internal Medicine with an active medical license from the Ohio Board of Medicine. MDVIP specializes in providing personalized preventative care to patients within the NW Ohio and SE Michigan regions. Patient-centered care is an important aspect of MDVIP as each visitor is given comprehensive examinations with a wellness treatment plan at the discretion of our experienced physicians.

Essential Job Functions:

• Membership-style practice limited to no more than 600 patients
• 8-10 patient visits per day
• Unhurried appointments that run on time
• Patients get your undivided attention, and you can proactively impact their lives
• Focus on preventative medicine
• Comprehensive annual wellness program and coaching patients on lifestyle modifications
• Stay on top of medical Advances and have time to research challenging cases
• Time in your day to pursue personal wellness and professional interests

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
  1. MD or equivalent required
• License and/or Certification:
  1. Board Certified or Board eligible by the American Board of Internal Medicine
  2. Current licensure in the State of Ohio required, prior to beginning the position
• Skills:
  1. Experience in collaborating with specialists to explore patient health conditions and diagnose health issues.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. 3+ years of primary care experience preferred
