FTE: PRN, 0.0, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Pay: $19.67 - $25.57 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Summary: Performs select pharmacist duties as a student under the supervision of a precepting pharmacist.
Responsibilities: - Reviews and assesses medication orders to identify potential and actual drug related problems.
- Compounds medications for retail sales and/or delivery to patient care areas.
- Provides drug information and education to patients.
- Communicates with physicians and other clinicians as necessary to facilitate care.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements: - Enrolled in an accredited school of pharmacy and in good standing.
- Required Licensure/Certification: State Intern licensure.
