Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to work at its
Kennewick/Pasco/Tri-cities offices.

ABOUT ACHIEVE CENTER PEDIATRIC THERAPY Founded in 2004 and born out of a desire to help children who face challenges in their development to progress and achieve their potential, we provide pediatric speech, physical, and occupational therapy. The "achieve" in our name comes from our belief that every child has within them the capacity to improve. Today, we serve children and their families in the Wenatchee, Moses Lake, Spokane, and Kennewick/Tri-Cities areas with a team of over 40 professional therapists and therapy assistants and staff. We believe that the most effective approach for success is one that stresses early intervention, open communication, family involvement, and a fun, playful environment where children are relaxed and more receptive. As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) at the Achieve Center, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide direct patient therapy to address feeding, language, speech, autism, and other areas of developmental disabilities and delays. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR PEDIATRIC SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST ASSISTANTS (SLPA)- WA SLPA certification or be working towards certification, having met all of the requirements for certification
- Understanding of child development and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children
Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
Public Health Emergency Mandate: The successful candidate will be required to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 and will be required to meet future vaccination mandates as applicable, unless a medical or religious exemption applies.
WORK SCHEDULE This full-time speech-language pathologist assistant position typically works
40 hours per week , with flexible work arrangements a possibility.
