Hugo’s Family Marketplace has immediate opportunities for a Part Time Online Shopper at our Thief River Falls, MN location. Hours between 8am - 5pm.

Duties Include:

• Somone who can accept orders through computer
• Set schedule for the day
• Shop customers orders from the salesfloor
• Can communicate with customers regarding their orders via phone, email, or through the freshop
• Verify availability of items and select appropriate substitutions for customers
• Utilize freshop to input substitutions and/or refunds
• Process orders through the store registers as needed
• Communicate needs of the online customers to associates as needed
• Handle staging of orders for pickup, business, and delivery
• Respond promptly to curb-side pickup orders providing them with their orders
• Hours typically run Monday-Friday with 1 weekend a month or as needed for coverage or the business
