Flexible Workdays – You decide when to work. Full-day and half-day assignments are available Monday through Friday.

What We Look For
Education – At least 60 college credit hours or an Associate’s degree. A Bachelor’s or teaching certification is preferred but not required.
Open to Beginners – No substitute experience needed. We’ll provide guidance every step of the way.
Great Communicators – Confident in leading classrooms and building positive connections with students.
Flexible and Adaptable – Comfortable stepping into various classrooms and handling different grade levels.
Safety-Focused – Committed to maintaining a positive, secure, and respectful school environment.
Your Role as a Substitute Teacher
Deliver Lessons – Follow the school’s lesson plans to guide instruction.
Create a Supportive Classroom – Promote a respectful, engaged, and productive atmosphere.
Supervise Students – Oversee student activity during the school day, including breaks and transitions.
Work with School Teams – In long-term assignments, collaborate with faculty to support learning objectives.
Help Students Thrive – Encourage each student’s academic and personal growth.
