As a Motor Transport Operator, you'll be a vital member of the Army's transportation logistics team. This role allows you to operate a variety of wheeled vehicles across diverse terrains, ensuring the safe transport of cargo and personnel while providing crucial mobility for missions. You will take charge of loading and unloading operations and report any vehicle issues or damages promptly.

The skills you will acquire include Vehicle Operations, Loading & Unloading, and Map Reading. Additionally, you'll have the chance to earn 17 nationally recognized certifications!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transporting cargo and personnel to essential locations.
  • Supervising or operating wheeled vehicles for the safe movement of key individuals and goods.
  • Providing crucial mobility support both on and off the battlefield.

Requirements:

  • 10 weeks of Basic Training.
  • 7 weeks of Advanced Individual Training.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Aged between 17 to 34 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Compliance with Tattoo Guidelines.
  • No major law violations.
  • Medical eligibility.
