Job Title: Mid/Senior Level Associate – Private Equity Group

Location: New York, Philadelphia, or Boston (Hybrid)

Salary: $260,000 - $435,000 plus bonus

Overview: Our client, an AM100 law firm, is seeking highly qualified mid to senior-level associates (class of 2021 or later) to join their Private Equity Group. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in corporate and transactional law, demonstrating a strong ability to work both collaboratively in teams and independently manage components of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including:
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Leveraged recapitalizations
  • Growth equity and venture capital transactions
  • Exits and equity compensation
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
• Proactively manage client and counsel relationships.
• Contribute to the strategic development of client transactions.

Job Requirements:

• Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable law firm, preferably within an AM100 or AM200 environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain promptly).
• Deal sheet required to demonstrate experience and successful transactions.
