Marketing Operations Manager

12-month assignment (potential to extend)

Pay Rate: $50-60/hour

Location: San Rafael, CA (hybrid)

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the review and production of promotional materials, ensure compliance with FDA regulations, and support cross-functional marketing initiatives. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment within the biotech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Promotional Review Board (PRB) process and weekly meetings
• Ensure compliance with FDA guidelines; manage OPDP submissions
• Produce promotional materials (print, digital, kitting)
• Manage inventory, forecast needs, and order materials
• Coordinate translations via vendors
• Track budgets, manage POs, accruals, and reconciliations
• Train internal/external partners on tools and processes
• Maintain journal subscriptions
• Manage vendors to meet scope, budget, and deadlines
• Support sales enablement tool and inventory
• Create and distribute cross-functional reports
• Drive process improvement projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–3 years in pharma/biologics/ad agency
• PRB management experience
• Veeva Vault PromoMats proficiency
• FDA pre-clearance submission experience
• Strong organization, project management, and budgeting skills
