Job Description

My Client is a leading innovator in the medical device industry, committed to advancing healthcare solutions that improve patient’s outcome. They are committed to providing the highest level of customer care to meet the needs of patients, physicians, distributors and health care facilities.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can conduct market research, create and implement marketing plans, marketing content, develop online presence, organize and monitor trade shows, labs and event planning in general. The candidate will execute innovative and cost-effective marketing strategies and plans for the company's brand and all its products. Ensuring marketing is fully integrated into our sales strategies. Our ideal candidate is someone who can wear many hats, expand our marketing department, and is looking for a position to grow with the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and increase market share.
  • Commissioning or conducting market research.
  • Lead the development of marketing materials, campaigns and product launches ensuring compliance with medical regulations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams – from Graphic Design, Clinical Marketing, Sales, Product development - to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Creating marketing presentations.
  • Obtaining necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing collateral, products and promotions
  • Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines
  • Support Leadership on all facets of the Brand.
  • Support Social Media Channels (LinkedIn in particular) by developing a content calendar, posting, and driving targeted engagement.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors to order, review and manage marketing material.
  • Coordinate videos, logos, and flyers; along with other editorial support for marketing material.
  • Support Leadership in development of PowerPoint slides, internal/external announcements, press releases, clinical studies, and research papers. Helping create, curate, and manage all published content.
  • Support Leadership with development and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Assist Leadership with community engagements and event planning for training or sales (i.e. tradeshows, dinners, company volunteer events).

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Must have a strong understanding of Medical Industry.
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Must have minimal video and document editing skills with preferred software (Illustrator, photoshop, etc.).
  • Preferred candidates with BA or MA in a field related to Marketing.
  • In lieu of degree Candidate can have a minimum of five (5) years of experience.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with C-Level Executive.
  • Must be able to work without supervision and be self-driven towards improvements.
  • Ability to work on site full time and travel as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
