The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
• Oversee marketing project workflows using tools such as Monday.com or Asana to ensure timely delivery and quality results.
• Manage and optimize marketing channels and tactics, leveraging data-driven insights from Google Analytics to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and sales, to align campaign strategies and goals.
• Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Utilize HubSpot for managing campaigns, lead nurturing, and CRM activities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI technology and apply them to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Create and manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior marketing staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, with a strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing marketing project workflows with platforms like Monday.com or Asana.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM.
• Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrated experience incorporating AI tools and techniques in marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
