Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to join our in-house marketing team. Based in our Miami head office, and reporting to the Global Marketing & Communications Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the Amazonico brand in Miami. 

As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing activities and management of localised social channels; including content creation and community management. This role will be office-based. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Create and implement the marketing calendar and social strategy for the Amazonico Miami
• Develop and deliver creative ideas for key calendar events, activations and potential brand partnerships
• Work alongside the Global Marketing Director to curate email marketing content; providing appropriate copy, imagery and design briefs for dispatch
• Identify local marketing opportunities for the brand, build relationships and actively promote collaborations on a B2B level to drive covers
• Day to day management of the contracted PR company
• Direct the digital activity and performance of our platforms
• Manage any website updates and new promotions as well as provide written and visual assets for paid media campaigns
• Manage the B2C online third-party profile of our brands; identifying appropriate listing sites and ensuring all information is up to date

• Experience in the Hospitality / F&B sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with organisation, prioritisation and project management skills
