We're seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operator in Hartford City, IN, to join their dedicated team. Pay: $16.50/hr


Day Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (including weekends)


Responsibilities:

• Operate standard manual and powered equipment for manufacturing blown film products, including measuring tools, hand tools, power tools, pallet jacks, and forklifts
• Perform housekeeping and operator maintenance
• Stage equipment and resin, stock materials, and handle data entry
• Follow Lock Out Tag Out procedures
• Collaborate with other departments as needed
• Lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications:

• At least six months of machine operator or manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical, communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
