Corporate Maintenance Planner – Clean Energy Manufacturing

Location: Burlington, WA | Full-Time, On-site | Salary: $78,000 – $82,000 DOE

Travel: Approx. 20% (US & Canada)

We are seeking a Corporate Maintenance Planner to drive preventive maintenance strategies and system optimization across multiple high-efficiency solar production sites. This role acts as a key link between operations and maintenance teams, ensuring reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
• Standardize schedules across production sites
• Coordinate planned downtimes with minimal production impact
• Lead CMMS training and maintain system accuracy
• Consolidate spare parts inventory and support TPM initiatives
• Track and report maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, compliance, etc.)
• Ensure document control and audit readiness
• Generate dashboards and reports for leadership
• Travel to North American sites as needed (approx. 20%)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of maintenance planning experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
