The role of a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) involves providing psychotherapy and medication management to patients remotely. Through Headway, clinicians gain access to administrative support, marketing resources, and insurance credentialing to enhance their private practices. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and the option to work from home while being compensated between $90-$127 per hour.

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
