What You’ll Do…

This position is located in Houston, TX. Our intern program philosophy is to “recruit once, hire twice” with the hope to hire interns back into full-time or return internship roles.

The internship program assignments are 10-14 weeks in duration and are full-time hybrid internships. The summer 2025 internship is expected to begin on May 18, 2025.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• The chosen candidates will work within teams and individually to complete projects that have been hand-selected by Landmark Leadership. These projects will have immediate future commercial value.
• Our computer science/engineering and software engineering interns may be involved with AI, machine learning, distributed computing, security, and cloud development and deployment. Interns have been a part of the development and testing of our proprietary software, mobile applications, and cloud services which provide an opportunity to work on market leading software.

What You’ll Bring to Our Team

Required Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to and from work daily is required.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States both now and in the future; Halliburton will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

Desired Qualifications:

• We're looking for self-starters with leadership capabilities, innovative ideas and the ability to effectively express ideas to team members, project stakeholders and management.
• Knowledge of Java, Javascript, Python
• Familiarity and experience with ML tools, APIs and models – e.g. PyTorch, Llama, TensorFlow, OpenAI APIs
• Familiarity with AWS and Azure services and APIs

Relocation

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. To qualify, your university and/or permanent address must be more than 50 miles from your work location.

• Corporate housing provided for the summer to those candidates who qualify.
• Relocation assistance.

Salary Range: $26/hour for students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; $31/hour for students pursuing a Master’s degree; $36/hour for students pursuing a PhD
