Opportunity: As a subcontractor specializing in one or all the following basement, bathroom, kitchens, decks, and sunroom remodeling, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with Home Remodeling Pros of Central PA on a variety of exciting projects. From minor updates to full-scale renovations, our projects offer opportunities to showcase your expertise and craftsmanship while delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Requirements:

• Specialization: Proven experience and expertise in one or all of the following Basements, Bathrooms, Kitchens, Decks, and Sunroom remodeling, including but not limited to:
• Cabinetry installation and customization
• Plumbing and fixture installation
• Tile work and flooring installation
• Electrical work (if applicable)
• License and Insurance: Valid contractor's license and insurance coverage for liability and workers' compensation.
• Quality Standards: Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and attention to detail, adhering to industry best practices and safety standards.
• Reliability: Punctuality, dependability, and the ability to meet project deadlines and milestones.
• Professionalism: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with our project managers, clients, and other subcontractors.
• Tools and Equipment: Access to tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform remodeling tasks efficiently and effectively.
• References: Provide references or examples of past projects demonstrating your expertise and quality of work.
