Cube Services, Inc. is an award winning, and industry leading company based in Reno, NV that specializes in designing and the manufacturing of security credentials and entertainment services. We work globally with top touring music acts, along with the professional and collegiate sports industries.

We’re a small internal development team supporting a fast-paced print shop. Our responsibilities span both legacy WordPress systems and modern Laravel-based applications. We build and maintain public-facing web apps, internal tools, REST APIs, and integrations that drive real business operations. Position Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated Beginner / Junior Web Developer to support our daily development operations. This role is ideal for someone who has at least 3 years of experience with WordPress, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript—even if that experience includes freelance or self-taught work. You should be comfortable with routine tasks, eager to learn, and able to contribute to team projects while occasionally interacting with clients.

This position requires clear communication, technical ownership of your tasks, and the ability to collaborate effectively—especially with non-technical staff across departments like production, support, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily development and maintenance of our web-based client software
• Perform routine updates, feature enhancements and provide occasional technical support
• Collaborate with team members on technical tasks and project goals
• Communicate with clients when needed to gather details or provide updates

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with WordPress, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a collaborative environment
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members
• Professional demeanor in client interactions

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)

Employment Type:  Full-Time

Probationary Period: 90 Days

Salary position starts at $37,440 – $52,000 per year depending on experience.
