Job Description

Early Evening Janitorial Technician – Sioux Falls, SD

Purpose : Promote business growth and customer satisfaction by excelling in the completion of high quality and timely cleaning projects. Responsible for cleaning offices, clinics, and retail businesses.

Essential Functions:

General office cleaning which includes -- dusting, vacuuming, removing trash, scrubbing bathrooms, and cleaning breakrooms
Some facilities require special skills such as floor experience with buffing, stripping and waxing

Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education:

High School Graduate or GED Required
Ability to pass a background check Required

Physical Demands

Ability to bend, climb or balance, kneel, stoop, walk, or push and pull objects
Ability to lift up to 25lbs, and occasionally 100lbs, to perform job functions
Ability to work in a variety of environments, conditions, and temperatures
