ResponsibilitiesLead Acquisition: Will be required to make up to 200 outbound calls per day.
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide expert guidance.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate client's current coverage and identify any gaps or additional coverage requirements.
Policies and Quotes: Present and explain insurance policies and provide accurate quotes to clients.
Claims Assistance: Assist clients in navigating the claims process and provide support and advocacy when needed.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
Networking: Attend industry events and actively participate in networking activities to generate leads and expand your client base.
RequirementsLicensing: Must hold a valid Texas General Lines Property & Casualty insurance license..
Experience: Previous experience in personal lines insurance sales is required.
Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer-focused: Genuine dedication to providing exceptional sales service and building client relationships.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively drive results.
