Human Resources Internship (September 2, 2025 February 13, 2026)

Job type: Internship (Part-time - 20 to 30 hours a week)

The 2025-2026 Fall/Winter Internship begins Tuesday, September 2, 2025 and ends on Friday, February 13, 2026.

Responsibilities:

• The intern will perform general Human Resource tasks and research HR matters as requested
• Rigil Training and LMS platform implementation/management
• Assist with benefits administration, wellness program, and employee relations
• Assist with recruitment, sourcing, and formatting resumes
• HR Analysis
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
• Prepare and develop documents in MS Office, presentations with PowerPoint, and spreadsheets with Excel
• Handle confidential HR related information
• Data entry and Research
• Other special projects as requested

Skills needed:

• Pursing Bachelors or Masters degree in related discipline or 1 year demonstrated experience in school work, internships, or jobs
• Prior experience in Human Resources is required
• General HR knowledge and coursework experience
• Familiar with database systems and common HR applications
• Experience with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams
• Solid organization skills and attention to detail
• Written and Verbal Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time wisely
