Job Description

Objective :

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional support to our recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. They should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable using various software applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule drug screens/background checks and submit IT requests.
• Assist with onboarding new hires.
• Schedule interviews, aid in the interview and selection process, and file necessary documents.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with other HR team members as needed.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED.
• Associates degree and HR certification preferred.
• Experience in recruiting/onboarding, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to meet the needs of the organization.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Willingness to conduct interviews, preferably in person.
