Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home care for ill, injured, or disabled patients, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Develop and revise patient assessments and care plans.
• Educate patients and families on care needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, supervisors, and care teams.
• Mentor co-workers and participate in education programs.
• Record patient condition changes and communicate updates to medical staff.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Current Florida LVN/LPN license.
• 1 year of nursing experience in the past 3 years or completion of our Nurse Residency Program.
• Current CPR (AHA standards), negative TB/PPD or chest X-ray, recent physical, and successful skills assessment.
