About the Role

A nation’s leading advisory firm for the hotel industry, with over 45 years of experience delivering profitable outcomes through expert valuation, economic analysis, and industry relationships in any market condition. The role involves creating digital and print advertisements and brand material for properties and the corporate brand.

Responsibilities include assisting in creating a brand identity through flyers, brochures, and graphics; contributing to modernising brands by bringing in new ideas in line with the latest trends in design and marketing; managing branding libraries; designing email campaigns, newsletters, and ads for popular publications; creating graphics for social media marketing; updating content for the company website; completing daily administration of projects while communicating with the Marketing and Graphics team; and assisting in creating various branded marketing materials such as Broker Opinion of Value and Offering Memorandums (Print & Digital).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or pending) in Graphic Design or related field

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Canva)

• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines

• Strong, conceptual thinker with a wide range of design capabilities, including a solid background in print, branding, typography, and graphics

• Ability to operate independently while establishing strong working relationships with co-workers and cross-functional teams

• Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage multiple design projects independently

• Highly communicative with analysts and brokers, capable of managing expectations on deadlines

• Candidates being strongly considered will undergo a design test to assess proficiency in the required software
