Our client is a leading food and beverage company committed to providing high quality products and services and they are looking to bring on board a Flavorist. The ideal candidate will combine elements of science, art, and creativity to craft appealing and unique taste profiles that align with a company's vision, market trends, and consumer preferences.

Responsibilities:

• Create, modify, and test flavor blends
• Conduct or analyze market research to identify popular flavor trends and target audience preferences
• Design flavors that appeal to specific demographics or align with a brand's identity
• Work closely with food scientists, beverage developers, and marketing teams to ensure flavors align with the product concept, nutritional goals, and branding
• Assist in determining the best delivery method for the flavor (e.g., liquid concentrate, emulsions, or powders)
• Ensure flavors remain stable and consistent throughout the product’s shelf life by performing rigorous testing under different conditions
• Conduct sensory analysis and adjustments to ensure flavor integrity in final formulations
• Ensure all ingredients meet legal standards and regulatory requirements in target markets
• Maintain accurate documentation of formulations and processes for compliance and quality control

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Minimum 3 years as a Flavorist
