Tremendous growth potential in this role specifically A fast paced and dynamic work environment, never a dull day Below are the main duties associated with this Financial Analyst Role: Collaborate with shared services and manage all day-to-day financial operations Responsible for the timely preparation of all financial reporting. Review all shared services operations including P&L, Cash Flow, Invoicing, A/R, A/P and revenue recognition. Lead month-end and year-end reporting process. Ensure compliance of local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. (Working with Shared Services) Help with the development of company and departmental budgets. Identifies, promotes, and helps implement process improvement initiatives within and outside the Finance department to achieve greater efficiencies while always considering scalability of the business for the future. Provide cross-functional leadership, coaching and support to other leaders and individuals across the company as needed. Preferred Qualifications for the Financial Analyst: 4+ years of progressive experience in Finance / Accounting BS in Finance or Accounting preferred Ability to be part of a team, as well as work independently Proficiency in Excel and other applications
