We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Fence Installers to join our team. While the ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fencing industry, candidates with experience in other construction scopes will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
· Assist with the installation and repair of fencing structures.
· Perform general labor tasks, including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and site cleanup.
· Operate basic hand and power tools.
· Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
· Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
· Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Responsabilidades:
· Ayudar con la instalación, reparación y mantenimiento de cercas.
· Realizar tareas laborales generales, incluyendo excavación, levantamiento, transporte de materiales y limpieza del sitio.
· Operar herramientas manuales y eléctricas básicas bajo supervisión.
· Seguir los protocolos de seguridad para garantizar un ambiente de trabajo seguro.
· Cargar y descargar materiales y equipos según sea necesario
· Realizar otras tareas relacionadas que le asigne el supervisor.
Requirements:
· Prior construction experience.
· Bilingual – English & Spanish (preferred, not required).
· Willingness to learn and take direction.
· Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs.
· Reliable transportation to and from job yard.
· Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude.
· Must be 18 years of age or older.
· Must pass E-Verify
Requisitos:
· Experiencia previa en construccion
· Bilingue – Ingles & Espanol (preferido, no requerido).
· Voluntad de aprender y recibir instrucciones de miembros con experiencia del equipo.
· Capacidad para realizar tareas físicamente exigentes, incluido levantar hasta 75 libras.
· Transporte confiable hacia el sitio de trabajo.
· Fuerte ética de trabajo, puntualidad y actitud positiva.
· Debe tener 18 años o más.
