Family Medicine Physician- Elmont, NY
Northwell Healths Department of Family Medicine is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our team at the BEST Healthcare Center in Elmont, NY, on a part-time basis. This is an exciting time to join the Department as it continues to expand its footprint across the region while making a meaningful impact in the community. Bilingual candidates (Spanish-English) are highly preferred to meet the needs of our diverse patient population.
The Department of Family Medicine was formally created in April 2011. The department comprises of four residency programs located at Glen Cove Hospital, Plainview Hospital, Peconic Bay Medical Center, and Phelps Memorial. There are multiple community health centers and sites in which our residents train, with almost 500 family medicine physicians who practice in both ambulatory and inpatient sites as well as administrative and academic roles across the region caring for patients of all ages across the continuum of health.
