Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and managing a variety of events that align with our company's goals and engage our audience effectively. The Event Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute events ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community outreach initiatives.

$1150 - $1350 /week

THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to determine event objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Identify and negotiate with venues, vendors, and service providers to secure necessary resources for events.
  • Develop and execute event marketing plans to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Oversee event logistics, including site selection, catering, audio-visual needs, and transportation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning and management, with a portfolio of successful events to demonstrate expertise.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis for event planning.
